FARRAH Abraham has worried fans after she posted a video of her rambling about an interesting clothing store find.
The Teen Mom OG alum has repeatedly sparked concern over her strange behavior and change of appearance in recent years.
Her latest Instagram video had fans talking again as she documented her New Year's Day shopping trip.
The clip showed Farrah, 32, donning a plunging white sweater, a white coat, and her long red locks in braided pigtails while browsing the store.
However, viewers were baffled by her message in the video as she ranted about vasectomies while pointing out a jockstrap in the shop's window.
"Ladies, it's 2024, and what does that mean? Vasectomies are in," the former MTV star began before scanning the camera over the X-rated item.

The jockstrap had what looked like a raccoon's tail sticking out the back, which Farrah repeatedly mentioned.
"Get your man a raccoon vasectomy jockstrap. Literally, this is modeled in the front window: Exhibit A," Farrah continued.
The ex-reality star then encouraged women not to let men "talk them into" various forms of birth control and instead for men to get vasectomies.
She ended the clip by noting she's having the "best sex life ever" and that her partner owned the adult bottoms.
